The AI Test Case Project Settings in Jira provide users with configurable options to tailor and optimize the test case generation process.

The AI Test Case Generator – Project Settings serve as the backbone of the application. Proper configuration of these settings is essential for ensuring effective and efficient operations.

1. Select a Project to Save Your Test Cases – The ‘AI Generated Test Cases’ project is preselected, but users can update the storage of the test cases based on their project requirements.

2. Choose The Test Case Issue Type – The 'Test Case’ issue type is preselected, but users can update it based on their project requirements.

3. Enable This Project – Ensure the button is activated to use the AI Test Case Generator.

4. Add Up to 3 Text Fields to Include in Generation – An optional field where users can add custom text fields for each issue. This feature allows users to customize information that is relevant to their project needs.

5. Change the Language for Generated Outputs - ‘English’ is the default language for the generated test cases, but users can update and use any of the languages:

  • English (default)

  • Deutsch (German)

  • Français (French)

  • Nederlands (Dutch)

  • Italiano (Italian)

  • Español (Spanish)

  • Svenska (Swedish)

  • Português (Portuguese)

  • Polski (Polish)

6. Set a context for all user stories in the project - An optional field where user can add more context for the project. It helps improve the output of the 'AI Test Case Generator'.

7. Click ‘Back to Project’ and select the ‘user story’.

8. Click ‘Generate Test Cases’.

9. Check the generated test cases. The test case storage and ‘issue type’ are based on the project settings.
