There can be multiple reasons why you are unable to access your account.
Make sure you have verified your email. If you haven’t done so yet then go to your email, find the welcome email from your company, and click on “Verify”.
If you are seeing an “Invalid Username or Password” error, it means that either your username/email or password is incorrect.
There might be a reason that you have tried too many failed attempts and your account has been locked.
Errors you might encounter
The entered email address is incorrect or invalid (does not exist in the system).
Double-check the password reset code. The best practice is to copy-paste. If it is still not working, then it means the code has expired.
