First things first. Now that your account has been verified, logging into your account is pretty straightforward.
Login via the Web Portal
To log in, follow these steps:
Just visit your company’s portal. The first screen you will see is the login page.
Enter your email address used for your account registration with the agency and Password. If you do not know your email or password, you can find it in the verification email you received when your account was created.
Check “Remember me”, if you want the system to remember your email and password so that when you visit the portal next time, you do not have to insert your login details.
Mobile:
Install the ECB Staff app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
When you open the app, you will see the login screen.
Enter your email address used for your account registration with the agency and Password.
Tap on “Login”.
Tip
If you are unsure of your login credentials, you can locate them in the welcome email you received on your registered email. The welcome email includes both your login information and a "Verify" link/button. Be sure to click on "Verify" to finalize the email verification process; otherwise, you will be unable to access your account.
Login Errors
Below are the errors you might encounter during login.
Invalid username or password
The username or password you entered is incorrect. See your welcome email for login information or tap on “reset your password” to receive a new one.
Invalid Password
The password is not correct. Ensure the caps lock is off. If that doesn’t work, please tap on reset your password and follow the steps to receive a new one
User is not active
Your Agency or the system deactivated or stopped access to your account. Please contact your agency and request to reactivate your account.
Email confirmation required for login
Your email address is not confirmed. Please check your email and click the email confirmation link to activate your account. If you did not receive the activation email, contact your agency.
The user account has been locked out
The User account is locked due to too many failed login attempts. Can you please reach out to your agency for further details.
