Why can’t I log in?

There can be multiple reasons why you are unable to access your account.

  • Make sure you have verified your email. If you haven’t done so yet then go to your email, find the welcome email from your employer/agency, and click on “Verify”.

  • If you are seeing an “Invalid Username or Password” error, it means that either your username/email or password is incorrect.

Errors you might encounter

The entered email address is incorrect or invalid (does not exist in the system).

Double-check the password reset code. The best practice is to copy-paste. If it is still not working then it means the code has expired.

  • Signup

Self-user registration is disabled. Please contact the agency to register.
