Ajeero is designed as software for workforce management for companies that use human resources as a service to different clients. Ajeero consists of three different platforms mutually linked together – Admin, Staff, and Client Portal. It all has mobile apps for easy access to the system.

Admin Portal

Admin Portal is for easy management of the overall company functions. It helps in organizing and customizing the information about clients, employees, scheduling, timesheets, monitoring, reporting, and management of other organizational processes as a whole. It lets you view and manage:

  • Locations

  • Timesheets

  • Clocking

  • People

  • Client

  • Reporting

  • Documents

  • Payouts

  • Invoicing

Staff Portal for employees

It enables them to access the schedule and work opportunities. They can apply for open shifts as well as assigned shifts. Employees can manage the complete work cycle through this portal. They can manage their schedules, timesheets, and absences. They can also add unavailability. The portal also allows employees to message other people within the organization and share files and notes. Employees can manage their:

  • Pay

Client Portal

The portal is for clients. They can manage their staff, approve or disapprove schedules, and print out schedules, timesheets, and reports. They can access essential information about team members working on different shifts and view reports of cost and work.
