Delete shifts
Shifts are selectable. Tick, the individual shifts you want to select. When you tick a shift, a “Selected” button will appear at the top. Click the button to open the drop-down. From the drop-down, select “Delete”. A dialogue will appear. Confirming that you want to delete the shift. Click on Yes to delete the shift.
Assign shifts
Similarly, you can assign shifts to employees directly. Tick on the shifts you want to assign. Click on the “selected” button. Now click on Assign. A dialogue box will appear. You can filter staff based on different criteria. Once filtered, click on the employee and then click on “Add”. Once done, click on Assign.
Tip
If you want to assign a single shift to an employee, simply drag the shift in front of the employee's name on the relevant date box. Or, if you want to assign multiple shifts to an employee, tick the shifts and then move the shifts in front of the employee's name.
