Adding Rate Cards to the Site

In the rate cards section, you can define the Bill rate for clients and the Pay rate for staff.

Go to Sites from the main menu. On the site listing page, click on the name of the site you want to open.

Scroll down and click “Rate Cards” from the sidebar. The rate cards section has 2 subsections – Rate Card and Staff Rate. You can create different combinations for each. These will be used all over the portal.

Rate Card

In the rate card section, you can add different combinations of bill rate and pay rate for a specific position.

1. On the rate card section, Click on Add New.

2. Insert Details as shown in the example below

3. Click “Save All”.

To delete the rate card, click the Actions button and select Delete.

Staff Rate

In the staff rate section, you can define multiple combinations of pay rate for a specific position and staff.

1. On the staff rate section, Click on Add New.

2. Insert Details as shown in the example below

3. Click “Save All”.

To delete the staff rate, click the Dustbin Icon.
