Resend Login Details
In the Ajeero system, there is no direct way to send login details to an employee. However, if required, you can do that in a few easy steps. From the Staff Listing page:
1. On the person’s row, click on the Actions button and select Login Details.
2. Insert a password in both fields and tick the checkbox “Should change password on next login” and “Send Activation Email”. Now Click Save.
3. The employee will receive the login details.
Immediately after login, the employee will be presented with a Change Password screen.
Update Staff Email
To update employee email, follow these steps:
1. Go to the staff profile you want to edit.
2. Scroll down and select Personal Information from the sidebar.
3. Go to the Contact Info section and insert a new email in the Email Address field.
4. Once done, click on the “Save Changes” button on the top.
The employee will receive a confirmation email.
Update Password
There are 2 ways to update the password – The Staff listing page and the Staff Profile.
Updating password from the Staff Listing page
1. On the person’s row, click on the Actions button and select login details.
2. Insert a new password on both fields and click Save.
Updating password from Staff Profile
1. On staff profile, click on the Actions button and select Change Password.
2. Insert a new password in both fields and click Save.
After updating password, please inform the staff.
