This article will introduce you to different ways how to inform people who have never logged into the system to start using Ajeero. Sometimes people forget to log in for the first time.

Then the main idea would be to remind them to complete their first login or accept the invitation that has been sent out.

You can prompt or remind people to log-in in the following ways:

One way to prompt for login is to send login details. You can do that in a few easy steps. To do that, read Resend Login Details.

Another way to add staff is to send them email invitations inviting them to join. All they have to do then is accept the invite in the email they receive, login, fill in their details, and voilà — you have a new employee!

It is recommended to do a test invitation using a spare email address yourself as an admin first to ensure that everything is working as expected. It is also important for you to understand the process so that you can assist your employees if needed.

To send an invitation, follow these steps:

1. From the staff menu drop-down, click on “Invitations”.

2. On the invitations page, click “Invite Staff”.

3. Insert Staff Email and a Message. Click “Invite”.

You can invite more than one person by inserting multiple emails separated by a comma in the email field.
