The staff listing page gives you an overview of employees. You can view, add, and edit employees, filter based on different criteria, and perform various other actions.
1. Add New Employees
Click on Create New Staff to add new employees to the system. To add staff in bulk, you can also import data. To do so, click on the Excel Operations button to see your options. We have written an article, Import data into Ajeero, to assist you with the process.
2. Filters
You can search employees by Name, ID, Position, Status, or whether the staff has access to the portal. For example, if you search by Manager position, the view will only show you the staff who have Manager position.
3. Staff Listing Columns
Name: Name of the employee.
Contact: Email and Phone Number.
Status: It refers to the profile status or registration status. There are four statuses namely Registered, In Complete Profile, Approved, and Suspended. You may like to read more about What are Profile Statuses.
Access: Indicates whether the staff has access to the portal.
Lock: If you see Lock in the Access column, it indicates that the staff has tried too many times to log in with incorrect details. These settings can be changed from the system settings. To access the settings, go to Administration → Settings and navigate to the Security tab in the Main section.

4. Actions
You can also perform various actions:
Edit: To edit staff profile.
Login Details: On this page, you can perform further actions related to the portal account. You can change the password, grant or revoke access, and much more.
Unlock: One way to unlock a staff account.
Delete: If you want to delete the staff.
5. Selected
Tick the checkbox to select a single or multiple staff. A Selected button will appear at the top. You can Delete a profile and Send an Activation Email to verify staff email.
