How to send an activation email to staff?

If an employee missed the activation email the first time, you can resend the activation email. Without email confirmation, the staff won't be able to log into their account.

You can send an activation email individually or in bulk from the staff listing page.

Send to a single employee

1. On the person’s row, click on the Actions button and select Login Details.

2. Tick the checkbox “Send Activation Email”. Click on Save.

Send to multiple employees

1. Select the person from the list. A “Selected” button will appear at the top.

2. Click the button and select “Send activation email”.

The staff will receive an email with a confirmation link.
