How to unlock staff profile

If the staff account status is showing โ€œLockโ€. It means that the account is locked. Lock status indicates that the employee has tried too many times logging in to the portal with the wrong details, and the account is locked.

Statuses are shown under the Access column on the staff listing page. The staff cannot log in unless the account is unlocked. Depending on the system settings, the account will be either unlocked automatically after a time interval or the admin have to unlock the account manually.

To unlock the account, follow these steps:

There are 2 ways to unlock the account.

First

1. Go to the staff listing page.

2. Click on the Actions button and select Unlock.

Second

1. From the staff listing page, click on the Actions button and select Login Details.

2. A dialogue box will appear. On the login details, uncheck Lockout Enabled.
