How to end the contract for staff

Ending the contract for persons means that they will no longer be active and won't show up on the Schedule page or in the Reports.

Once the contract has ended, they will automatically be removed from the Staff list. However, they can still log in to the system.

To end the contract for staff, follow these steps:

1. On the staff profile page, click on the current status.

2. You will see a dialogue box. Click on the End Date field to select the date from the calendar on which you want to end the employee contract.

3. Once done, click on Save.
