How to reinstate a Previous Employee?

If you want to reinstate a previous employee, you have to make the contract active again.

To make the contract active, follow these steps:

1. On the staff listing page, find the employee and click on the employee’s name to open the profile.

2. Look for the Status below the profile picture and personal details in the sidebar, and click on the current status.

3. A dialogue box will open. Click on the End Date and remove it. When the End Date field is empty, click on Save.

Please Note! The contract fields will only be visible if the status is set to “Approved”.
