Ajeero allows you to create and assign departments to staff, sites, and much more. For example, you can assign departments to employees and then use it to filter staff relevant to the job.
To use the department functionality, you need to set up and assign departments on the portal. First, define departments in the system settings and then assign them to employees and sites.
To create a new department, follow these steps:
1. Go to the system settings from Administration β Settings.
2. Under the General Section, click on System from the sidebar.
3. In the System section, scroll down to the Departments section and click Add.
4. A dialogue box will open. Insert the name of the Department and click on Save.
You will see the newly added department in the list. Now you can add departments to staff and sites.
