This article covers the departments and their use in Ajeero.
Departments in a company play crucial roles in ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively. It helps in organizing and streamlining various aspects of workforce management. Departments refer to distinct parts of a larger organization, each responsible for specific functions or areas.
Departments might include Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing, among others. Ajeero allows you to create and assign departments to staff, sites, and much more. For example, you can assign departments to employees and then use it to filter staff relevant to the job.
An Agency can use the department functionality any way they want. For example, if your organization has branches that operate separately in different cities, it could make sense to create departments for each city. Or, if you have a business that offers security and cleaning services, it would make sense to create separate departments for both sides of the business.
