The assets section gives you an overview of the assets the employee is currently holding and returned.
To add an asset to the employee, it has to be inserted into the system. If you haven’t done that already, read Adding Assets to the System.
To add an asset to an employee, follow these steps:
1. On the staff profile, scroll down and click Assets from the sidebar.
2. Click on Add.
3. In the Asset field, start typing the name of the asset you added to the system and select from the available choices.
Signed Out On: When it was assigned to the employee.
Return Date: When it will be returned.
Deposit Paid: Deposit amount paid by the employee at the time of sign-out.
Notes: Add any additional information.
4. Click on Add to insert multiple assets simultaneously. Once done, click on Save.
To delete, simply click on the dustbin icon on the right.
