As you defined rate cards on the Site/Business Unit page, now you will add them to the client profile. The fields and procedure to add rate cards are the same on both the Site and the Client.
It might seem to be confusing at first, but the system works on a priority level. Read more about Rate Cards System Application and Priority Level.
In the rate cards section on the client profile, you will define Rate Cards and Staff Rate. You can create different combinations for each. These will be used all over the portal.
Rate Card
1. On the rate card section, Click on Add New.
2. Insert Details as shown in the example below
3. Click “Save All”.
To delete the rate card, click the Actions button and select Delete.
Staff Rate
1. On the staff rate section, Click on Add New.
2. Insert Details as shown in the example below
3. Click “Save All”.
To delete the staff rate, click the Dustbin Icon.
