Viewing, editing, and approving timesheets

Timesheets give clients an overview of the shifts worked. Clients can view the details of a timesheet by going to a date box and clicking on the total hours worked.

Viewing Timesheets

To access timesheets, hover over Schedule from the main menu and click Timesheets.

To view a timesheet, simply click on the hours worked under the date column on the timesheet view.

Editing Timesheets

Depending on the permission, clients can also edit and approve the timesheet. Timesheets can be filtered by date range, staff, site, and positions.

Once a timesheet is opened, you can easily edit it.

Please note that you cannot edit an approved timesheet.

You can amend time, add breaks, and add comments as well. Once done, click Edit and Save.

Approving Timesheets

Timesheets can be confirmed/approved in 3 ways. Single, by group, or all timesheets in one go.

  • Single: To confirm a single timesheet, click on the hours in the date box.

A dialogue box will appear. Click on the Confirm button at the bottom.

  • By Group: On the timesheet listing page, timesheets are grouped weekly. To confirm all the timesheets for the week, click on the confirm button at the end of the row.

  • All in one go: To confirm all timesheets visible in the timesheets listing, scroll down to the bottom and click on Confirm All.
