Now that you have completed the shift, it will move to timesheets. Timesheets are record sheets of your completed shifts, where you can see the details of your earnings and whether your timesheet is approved.
How to view timesheets?
Mobile:
Go to the “Me” tab.
Tap on “Timesheets”.
3. The next screen will show all your timesheets.
Pending: Timesheets which are waiting for confirmation from you and admin.
Approved: Timesheets approved by admin.
Pending (Amend): Timesheets edited by you and waiting for confirmation from admin.
Pending (Approved): Confirmed by you, but waiting for admin’s confirmation.
Web:
From the main menu, hover over “Schedule”, and click on “Timesheets”. To view details of a timesheet, simply click on the hours worked. The timesheets are listed on a weekly basis. The column at the start or left side of the row shows the client and position worked.
Agency / Supervisor approved:The checkmark in the red circle indicates that it is agency/supervisor approved.
Staff Approved: The checkmark in the green circle indicates that it’s approved by you.
Agency Pending:The exclamation mark in the red circle indicates that it is pending approval from the agency/admin.
Staff Amend:The question mark in the sky-blue circle indicates that the timesheet is edited by you.
Total Weekly Hours: Shows the total hours worked in a week. It includes all pending and approved.
Total Weekly Rate: Total pay for this week.
Total Hours: Total Hours worked. This number depends on the results shown on the page. For example, if you select a date range of two weeks, the total will show the total hours worked for two weeks. Similar goes for “Total Rate”.
Total Rate: Shows the total pay.
FAQ
I accidentally confirmed a timesheet with incorrect information, how can I amend it?
You wouldn't be able to edit a timesheet yourself after confirming it, but your agency can do it, so please contact them.
If you are experiencing any problems with timesheets, you should first contact your employer directly.
