If you already have a parent account with your studio, you can log in using your email address and password. You can log in via your browser here, https://portal.akadadance.com/, or download the mobile app from your favorite app store.
Note: You can not create an account from the mobile app. You can only do that using your studio's school-specific link. If you don't have it, check the studio website or ask them to email it to you.

If you don't know your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link found on the Akada Portal login screen.
If you know you're password and want to update it, you can do that by logging into Akada Portal, clicking the menu button, and selecting Account Settings. You'll find a reset button there.

If you've set up your parent account with the same email and password as your previous studio, you'll be prompted to select the studio you want to log into. You can set a default studio from that prompt.
How do I update my account information?

You can update your contact information by clicking the Menu button in the app and selecting Account Settings.
Note: The studio has control over what pieces of information customers are allowed to update, so this will vary from studio to studio.

You can update your credit card information by clicking the Menu button in the app and selecting Payment Settings.
Note: Some studios do not allow editing or updating credit card information.
How do I subscribe to text messages?

Log in to Akada Portal, click the Menu button, and then select Account Settings. Next, click Edit in the Personal Details section. There you will find the box to subscribe to text messages.
Tip: You can also opt in to your studio's text messages by texting the word Start to their texting number.

Log in to Akada Portal. If you're studio has enabled the Messages feature, you'll find the messages icon at the bottom of the screen in the mobile app.

Log in to Akada Portal and click the Billing icon at the bottom of the app.
On the Billing screen, click the Pay Total Owed button or check the box next to the charge you want to pay and then click Pay Selected.
Confirm the total and click Next.
Check or enter your payment method and click Confirm.

Once logged into the app, click the menu button located at the bottom and then click Students. From the Students screen, click the Add Student button at the top. Now fill out the information as required by your studio.

Log in to Akada Portal.
Click on the Register button at the bottom of the screen.
If you're missing any information that the studio requires, you will be prompted to add it.
If all required info is present, the class screen will appear.
You can use the search bar to search for classes.
You can use the filter button, located in the search bar, to filter and sort the class list and change between sessions.
Click the "Request Class" button to select your student's classes.
Click the Finish when done.
