Email notes, similar to the Report Notes, are a way of creating default messages to be sent to parents when emailing specific reports. The message entered on the Email Notes page will serve as the body of the email for that specific type of email. While the message can be changed when sending, the message on the notes page will remain the default. Email notes can be entered for the following email types: Confirmations, Registrations, Receipts, Statements, and Recital Confirmations.
To Add Email Notes:
Select the DanceWorks Online main menu.
Select Admin.
Select Settings.
Select Email Notes.
Add your notes to the appropriate email type.
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
