Recitals - Reports

The recitals report screen in Akada Online is where you will find a complete list of report options involving your recitals. Here you have the ability to print, export to Excel or Word, and even email certain reports. Reports may apply to a specific recital or to all recitals. Read below for a complete description of our recital reports.

To Find Recital Reports Screen:

  • From any page in Akada Online click on the Performances tab at the top.

  • Click Manage Recitals.

  • Click on Recital Reports.

Summary Recital Schedule - The summary schedule report provides you with a list of classes performing in the recital, their basic class info, the song, and the song length.

Detailed Recital Schedule - This report includes all of the same information as the summary schedule but also adds the students' performing names.

Recital Performers - This provides you with a simple list of names of students who are participating in the recital.

Recital Performers with Notes - Here you get a list of students who are participating in the recital with a place to make notes on that student.

Recital Performers with Dances and Years at School - This report will provide you with a complete list of students participating in the recital, a list of classes/dances they are assigned to, and the number of years they have been dancing.

Recital Performers with Contact Information - This report gives you a list of students participating in the recital along with their complete contact information.

Recital Non-performers - The recital non-performers report is a list of all active students that are assigned to the selected recital. You also have the option to run a report of all active students who appear in no recitals by checking the box located on the right side of the screen under your list of recitals. Active students who are enrolled in no classes will be included in this report.

Recital Picture Schedule - Here you'll receive a schedule of the recital pictures. Included in the schedule are the song title, class name, and performers.

Recital Picture Schedule by Student - This report gives you a list of students and the times of their recital photos.

Recital Rehearsal Schedule - This report will give you a schedule of the rehearsal times. Included in the schedule are the song title, class name, and performers.

Recital Rehearsal Schedule by Student - This report gives you a list of students and the times of their rehearsal times.

Recital Lighting Notes - The rehearsal lighting notes report will provide you with a list of classes and their songs along with an area to take notes on lighting to be used during the recital.

Recital Set Change Notes - The rehearsal set change notes report will provide you with a list of classes and their songs along with an area to take notes on set changes during the recital.

Recital Confirmation with Rehearsal and Picture Dates - This option gives you the ability to print a recital schedule in a postcard format. This gives you the ability to print postcards to be handed out or mailed to parents.

Recital Confirmation - The recital confirmation gives you a document that you can print or email to parents confirming their child's participation in your recital. The confirmation lists recital dates, the order of the recital, class information, and more. You may also include song names and where in the recital the child's performance will occur.

Recital Confirmation with Rehearsal and Picture Dates - This report provides you with all of the same information as the recital confirmation but also includes rehearsal and picture dates. You may also email this confirmation to parents.

Recitals and Dances Listed by Student - This provides you with a list of students and all recitals and dances they are assigned to.

Classes Not in Selected Recitals - This report gives you a list of classes in the current session that are participating in no recitals.

Accounts with Multiple Students - This is a simple list of any accounts with multiple students. The report only displays the students who are participating in the recital. If you see only one student listed that means the other student on the account is not assigned to the recital. The student names will only be displayed if the student is enrolled. If there is an account listed with only one student this indicates the other students on the account are not enrolled in any classes.

Accounts with Multiple Students and Classes - This is the same as the accounts with multiple students report but adds the list of the student's classes.

Active Accounts and Students - The active accounts and students report provides you with a list of active students assigned to a recital and their account names.

Active Accounts, Students, and Classes - This option gives you the active students participating in recitals, their account names, and the classes they are enrolled in.

Active Students with Multiple Classes - This report provides you with a list of active students who are participating in recitals that are also enrolled in multiple classes or class meetings. Included are the classes that they are enrolled in.

Active Students and Classes Not Marked for Recital - This report provides you with a list of active students who are not participating in recitals and the classes that they are enrolled in.

Recital Labels - The labels option gives you the ability to print labels (2 or 3 across) that include the student's name and the name of the recital. Use row and column indicators to tell the report exactly where on the label sheet to begin when using a partial sheet of labels.
