The qualifications section of the staff information screen gives you an area to enter any important educational, safety, or dance qualifications the staff member has achieved. Many studios find this helpful for staff members who may be speaking to a parent about a class or classes and have questions about the teachers' background. This feature can make it easy for those team members to find.
Adding a Qualification:
From the staff info page scroll down and click the + Note button.
Enter your note.
Click the Add Note button.
Managing Qualifications:
Edit - Click the edit link to the right of the qualification to make any changes.
Delete - Use the delete link to remove the qualification from the staff member's record.
