Class Information - Enrollment

The Enrolled section of the class information screen is where you are able to view and manage the roster of each class. Here you can see the students enrolled in the class, add additional students, drop students from the class, as well as change a student's recital participation for the class.

The list of enrolled students may be sorted differently by clicking on the headers listed above (pictured below).

To Enroll Students:

  • From the Class Information page locate the Enrolled section.

  • Click the + Enroll button.

  • A window will appear with a list of students.

  • The Enroll link is to the right of the student's name.

  • Click the X in the top right corner of the window to return to the class screen.

Drop Class - If you need to remove a student from a class simply click the drop class link.

Drop Recital - If a student can not perform in the recital but will stay enrolled in the class you may drop them from the recital participation by clicking the drop recital link to the right of their name.*

Add Recital - If a student has been dropped from the recital participation for the class you may add them by clicking the Add Recital link to the right of their name.

Show Inactive Enrolled Students - Check this box (pictured above) to display any inactive student who may be enrolled in the class. This option will only appear if an inactive student is enrolled.

*It is important to note that dropping the recital participation does not automatically remove any assigned costumes from the student. Please be sure to go to the performance section on the student's info page and remove the costume if needed.
