Updated over a year ago

The Account Reports screen in Akada allows you to gather needed pieces of information about your account. You can pull things such as contact info, credit card info, group codes, etc. You're also able to run most reports for different types of accounts such as active, inactive, and by groups.

Below you will find a description of each report. Click on the report name to view an example.

  • List- Use this report to gather various pieces of information about the account. You can add or remove information using the "List Options." The report may also be run by Accounts, Groups, or Billing Frequency chosen in the Report Selection area on the top right.

  • Information - The information report will give you a complete list of all contact information, student information, enrollment, and transaction listing for an account. The report can be run by account status, for selected accounts, or by group codes.

  • Summary - The account summary report gives you a quick reference for the account, its students, and their enrolled classes. It is specific to a session which you will choose using the drop-down menu in the top right portion of the screen.

There are also versions with the completed form with no classes included and, of course, a blank registration form for customers to fill out.

  • Confirmation - The Confirmation report is used once students have been enrolled and tuition rates have been set. You can print or email the report for parents to review their information and their child's schedule.

Additionally, you have the option of running the report only for recurring billing cards or you may also run a list of expired cards.
