Having clear goals and targets will help your whole company work towards winning together.

Working Season

If you're in a seasonal industry, knowing your working season will help you determine how many working days you have in your season to achieve your company goals and targets.

Input your start and end days of the season, the days your company works, and save. This will calculate the number of remaining working days on your Dashboard.

Don't forget to reset your working season after the current season is over!

Goals & Targets

Here is where you can set your company's goals and targets. What is your target revenue number for the year? If you broke that down into different job sizes and prices, how many of each of those jobs do you need to win? Add this information into AK DASH to keep track of your progress.

​PRO TIP: If you want some numbers prepopulated for you, go to the Set Goals & Targets page and you can choose a premade target template. You can choose targets ranging from $100K to $2M, or set a custom target.

If you want to set your own goals, click the Add Goal button, then input for each of your job sizes:

  • Min. Job Price ($): Input the minimum job price.

  • Max. Job Price ($): Input the maximum job price.

  • Avg. Job Price ($): Input the average job price.

  • Bids Needed: Input the minimum number of bids you need to have.

  • Target Conversion Rate (%): Input your target win percentage. For example, if you know you typically have a 40% win rate for residential jobs, you can input 40 here.

  • Target Gross Profit %: How much you want to profit.

Company Goals

View and edit your existing company goals.

Financial Targets

Once your goals are in, you can then see your financial targets at a glance. The Total column shows you the total number of bids needed, your target number of won bids, the target total revenue and your target gross profit.

Bid Targets

This tab will show you your bid targets and your current progress. Your team can track the bid and revenue targets on the Targets page.

Team Member Goals & Targets

Here you can set individual goals and targets by user, so your salespeople can have their own individual bid quotas and revenue goals.
