Existing Workflows

You can turn off, activate, edit or delete any existing workflows in your account.

Add New Workflows

You can add new workflows based on your company goals and how you want to keep the conversation going with your prospective customers.

Trigger Actions

  • Property created: When a new property is created in your AK DASH account

  • Send email when review is added: When a new review has been posted

  • Date-Based Rule: For specific dates, e.g., holidays

  • Proposal Status Changes: You can have different automations for when the proposal changes status. Options are:

    • Sent

    • Won

    • Invoiced

  • Proposal marked sent but not advancing: This can be used to create a task for the contact owner to follow-up or to send an email to the client

  • Lead Created: When a new lead is created in your AK DASH account

  • Customer Opens Proposal: When your customer opens their proposal for the first time

Template Title

Name your workflow here. This is an internal title for your workflow.

Action

Choose which action the workflow should take:


Send an Email

Subject

Input the subject line you want your email to use

Body

Input the body of the email you want to send. You can use Tokens to insert proposal or project information, and company information. You can also insert images!

Send to customer / Send to owner

Choose who you want to email: your customer or your internal member who owns the contact or proposal.


Create a Task

Title

Put a title here for the task to be assigned.

Insert Token

This is a helper field that will let you insert tokens into the Notes field. You can input lead information or your company's information.

Notes

Write out what you want in the task notes, using tokens from Insert Token to share information.

Due Date

Choose your desired due date: Same date or in x days.

Status

Choose the default status for these new tasks.

Assign To

Who should this task be assigned to? You can choose "Owner" or a specific person on your team.


Send a SMS

Insert Token

This is a helper field that will let you insert tokens into the SMS text field. You can input lead information or your company's information.

SMS text

Input the text you want to send via SMS, using tokens to share important information.

Send to customer / Send to owner

Choose who you want to SMS: your customer or your internal member who owns the contact or proposal.


When to send

You can choose to send on the same day or in x days.

Enable

You can have the workflow turned on by checking this before saving.
