For an overview of all of your projects, take a look at the AK DASH Projects page.

Your projects are divided into these tabs:

  • Pending Deposit: See which projects of yours haven't paid their deposit. The total of pending deposits is shown at the bottom of this tab.

  • Scheduled: See which projects are scheduled.

  • In Progress: See which projects are in progress. You can click through on the project to see the project address and the services that are booked. You can upload before and after photos of the project, along with notes and a field report.

    • Before / After Photos: Upload photos with a caption to describe the photo.

    • Field Report: You can enter in materials and supplies that you've used, as well as their quantity, to keep track of your material costs on the project. For example, if you used 30 gallons of white paint, you can enter that into the field report. You can do this for disposable products as well, like wire wheels, sealcoat brushes, etc. You can also add in hours of labor used on the project.

  • Weather Delay: See which projects have been delayed due to weather.

  • Complete: See all completed projects.

You can also edit the visible timeframe, and export the list of projects in a CSV or Excel spreadsheet.

You can also click through on the project to update its status to move it between the tabs.
