Depending on where the account is coming from- either from a lead list saved in your AK DASH or an entirely new client- there are 2 ways to create a pavement assessment.
In the Quick Start Panel:
This option is best for creating pavement assessments for existing accounts and new customers.
Select Create Full Assessment and follow the steps below.
In the Marketing Pipeline:
This option is best for creating pavement assessments for newly converted prospect-identified leads.
Drag and drop the lead from the Prospect Identified stage into the Contact Enriched stage. AK DASH will automatically convert the lead into an account.
Open the account from the Contact Enriched stage and select Create a Pavement Assessment.
Alternatively, you can drag and drop the lead from the Prospect Identified stage into the Assessment Scheduled stage. AK DASH will automatically pre-populate the pavement assessment in the sales pipeline. Then edit the assessment.
Step 1
Choose the correct existing account, or create a new account, property, and account contact. Name your project clearly.
Choose which of your team members should be the main contact on the proposal.
Choose the pavement assessment template you want to use.
(Optional) Add in internal notes.
Step 2
Mapping and Measurement:
The AI will auto-populate the property boundary.
Select the takeoff you want to use.
Edit the property boundary if needed. Ensure that all work areas are within the boundary.
Use the cuthole tool to remove areas not relevant to the project.
Review the map details before confirming the takeoff.
Once the AI takeoff is complete or the manual measurements are confirmed, you can use color-coding to distinguish the different work areas. This will clearly present work areas in work orders, review measurements, and ensure all work areas are accurately captured and measured.
Services: Add the various services required for each area, along with their rates and costs. AK DASH will display your gross profit percentage and actual gross profit for each service.
PASER Rating: Select the PASER rating for the property. The Pavement Assessment template includes information explaining each PASER rating.
Conclusion: Provide a conclusion that will give your prospective customer confidence that their pavement can be restored. There is prepopulated text to help you, and you can customize or personalize it to add your own human touch.
Terms & Conditions: Choose the "Terms & Conditions" template for this pavement assessment. You can customize the terms once it is loaded into your pavement assessment.
About Us: Choose the "About Us" template for this pavement assessment. You can customize this as well.
Please note: Conclusion, terms & conditions, and About Us can be customized when setting up your company profile through 'Custom Copy'.
Step 3
Upload images or files to be included in your Pavement Assessment. Enter captions or short descriptions for each item. This can be useful to include photos of areas that need repair!
Click Finish to save.
