Does anyone know of an email campaign tool that can send emails until a task is completed?

You can use Yesware for this. You can set your email in stages and it’s whether someone opens and email or clicks on a link.

You can also use ActiveCampaign, it’s for marketing and drip campaigns with rules you can set up.

Hubspot should be able to do it as well.
