All Alethiads are given their individual data back at the end of every study by default.
You can follow-up (with approval from our team) with your study participants via a platform message when your study analysis has been completed, if you have an update or would like to share insights and/or a publication.
Our team handles the first level of technical support - we take care of all inquiries around wearables, the platform, and if we're helping you out with distribution, that too! We love talking to our participants and are always trying to incorporate their feedback into our platform.
We offer 24/7 Event Reporting in our participant dashboard, so you can always be in-tune with any potential changes or events.
