When the study sponsor officially closes the study, the platform will mark it as “Study Concluded” on your Study Homepage. This means that there are no longer any participants enrolled in the Study and the researcher has concluded the study. When this happens:
You will receive an email confirmation
A copy of your study data (e.g. task responses, wearable data summaries) will be emailed to you automatically
You may receive a follow-up notice from the study team sharing further information over time, like a publication, whether you were part of a specific group in the study (e.g. placebo group) or other insights gained from the study.
Even if you’ve finished your tasks earlier, the study isn't considered fully closed until the sponsor marks it as such.
