What if my device isn’t syncing properly?

I am having issues with my wearable device syncing on the platform

First, try resyncing your device with its mobile app (e.g., Fitbit, Garmin, Oura). Check whether the device is tracking data correctly—like steps or heart rate—and whether that data is showing up in the app.

From there, check on your Alethios dashboard to see whether your Wearable Adherence has updated.

If your device isn’t reporting the data required for the study (for example, heart rate variability), you may not meet the study’s adherence requirements. If needed, you can reach out to request withdrawal from the study.
