We’ve redesigned the Analytics Dashboard to provide clearer performance insights, stronger conversion visibility, and more flexibility in how you analyze your data.
Removed from the Dashboard
To keep the dashboard focused on core performance metrics, we removed the following statistics:
Learning completion rate
Poll answers
Driven sales and driven orders
Percent driven orders
👉 These metrics are still available in the Reports page, where you can create a Custom Report to analyze them with filters, charts, and exportable tables.
Newly Added Metrics & Features
The new dashboard introduces deeper visibility into visitor behavior, opt-ins, and conversion performance:
New performance metrics
Email opt-ins and email opt-in rate: net new emails exclusively, not just submissions
SMS opt-ins and SMS opt-in rate: net new SMS submits that opted-in exclusively, not just submissions
Visitors
Visitors matching targeting
Popup view rate
Median time to purchase
All of our analytics and definitions are broken down fully here.
Advanced analytics capabilities
Fully customizable attribution windows for any sales or order metrics
Customizable visitor funnel to visualize drop-off at each step
Step-by-step popup drop-off directly within the chart
More Powerful Analysis Tools
Filters
Segment performance instantly by device, campaign, UTMs, survey responses, pages, and more — without creating separate campaigns.
👉 Learn more about filters here.
Period Comparison
You can now compare performance against previous time periods to quickly identify trends, improvements, or declines.
