1. What is Persona Verification?

Persona is a secure service that helps us verify your identity to ensure the safety and security of your account. To complete the Persona verification process, the user must submit a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, along with a recent selfie. This allows us to confirm that the ID belongs to them and helps protect their personal information.

​2. What if someone submitted the wrong ID?

If someone entered an incorrect ID and needs to reset their Persona verification. To resolve this, they should contact the support team directly, and they will guide them through the process of resetting their verification.

​3. What documents need to be submitted in order to complete the persona verification?

Currently, the documents we accept for verification are Driver’s Licenses, State IDs, Work Permits, and Permanent Residence Cards.
