Persona Identity Verification - FAQs

1. What is Persona Verification?

Persona is a secure service that helps us verify your identity to ensure the safety and security of your account. To complete the Persona verification process, the user must submit a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, along with a recent selfie. This allows us to confirm that the ID belongs to them and helps protect their personal information.

2. What if someone submitted the wrong ID?

If someone entered an incorrect ID, their verification needs to be reset. To resolve this, they should contact the support team directly, and they will guide them through the process of resetting their verification.

3. What documents need to be submitted in order to complete the persona verification?

Currently, the documents we accept for verification are Driver’s Licenses, State IDs, Work Permits, and Permanent Residence Cards.

4. What if my country is not on the list?

This means that at this moment we do not accept documents from this location.

5. I do not have a physical ID, I am located in the UK and I have the e-visa.

No worries, you can submit the e-visa! When you contact our support agents, they can reset the verification for you and provide you with a link to submit the share code.

6. I do not have a physical ID at the moment, but I do have a picture, can I upload it?

Unfortunately, no. You need to take a picture in real time via Persona, a picture of a picture is not allowed and will be rejected.
