Alive believes your mental health is just as important as your physical health, join us in our 3-6 week challenges to push your limits and dial in on becoming the very best version of yourself.

Challenges provide daily inspiration, as well as a separate task for you to complete every day during the challenge. A task example would be a mindful mobility routine, a daily walk, a weekly reset, or a workout! 1 task per day for the duration of the Challenge.

Each challenge offers daily tasks to complete that range from journal prompts to mindful mobility. These challenges are perfect for anyone looking to get back into a routine or needing to switch things up!
