Adding users, setting who can perform tasks and replacing performers

Users

  • Users - Add a new user with the + and click save

    • Complete the Companies Login section - NOTE if you do not select Can Log in the person will not be able to access Alldevice, and won't count as a user. Removing login also reduces the users count. Performer means they are included as someone who can perform maintenance tasks, and notification emails needs to be checked if they should get email notifications

    • You can also define Departments for a User, this allows them to ONLY see locations / devices in these departments - read more from the device tree setup
