MFA adds an extra layer of security, on logging in using the username and password a 2nd step requires a code that is sent by email to be entered.
NOTE: As the MFA uses email to verify identity, it means all users must have emails added else they will be locked out.
Below is the additional screen for MFA

Enter the code and you will be redirected to the software home page.
If you enter your username or password incorrectly 10 times, your IP address will be blocked and you will no longer be able to access the software from this network (IP address) until the block is removed. Read how to unlock here
If you have forgotten your username or password, ask your company’s Alldevice administrator for help to reset your password.
