This article will help you with re-inviting and getting your employees to use the All Gravy app after changing their email

When changing employees emails, we can divide the users onto two different types of users:

  1. Already All Gravy users

  2. Not invited/invited

If they already have logged in and is registered as a All Gravy user:

  • If the employee is already an All Gravy user, this is how it showcased:

  • When they are already an All Gravy user, they just have log into the All Gravy app as usual

  • Then, they will receive a new validation code and they can now get into All Gravy! πŸ₯³ (You don't have to do anything)

If they haven't been logged in is have a status as invited/not invited:

  • If the user isn't an All Gravy user already, this is how it is showcased:

  • When this is the status, you can invite the employee by pressing "Invite employees"

  • Then you just pick out their name and press invite!

  • Now they will receive a new welcome mail! πŸ˜„
