Creating a Badge in All Gravy

Badges are a great way to recognise employees for their achievements. Follow these steps to create one:

  1. Go to the Recognition option in the All Gravy web version.

  2. Click on Create Badge.

  3. Add a badge visual (image or icon).

  4. Enter the name of the badge.

  5. Write the celebration message employees will see when they earn it.

  6. (Optional) Choose to assign the badge automatically to a course.

    • This means the badge is awarded automatically once an employee completes the course and passes the exam.

  7. (Optional) Add a link to an external reward, such as a voucher or perk.
