What are recognition badges?
Recognition badges are a way to celebrate and acknowledge employees when they complete a course. They highlight the employee’s engagement and knowledge and are displayed on their user profile in All Gravy.
How do I create a badge?
Go to the "Recognition" tab
Open the desktop version of All Gravy at account.allgravy.com/recognition.
2. Create a new badge
Click on "New badge" in the top-right corner.
Upload an image for the badge
Give it a name
Write a celebration message that the employee will receive when they earn the badge
3. Assign the badge to a course/or make manual
If through a course: Choose a published academy course to link the badge to.
Once an employee completes that Academy, the badge will automatically be awarded to them.
If manual: Click manually under "assign badge"
4. Optional: Add a reward
If you'd like the badge to include a reward (like a gift or voucher), you can enable this by toggling "Add a reward" on.
You’ll then be able to link to an external site where the employee can claim their reward.
(Note: This is optional – badges work perfectly fine without a reward too.)
5. Done!
Your badge is now ready to be earned and celebrated by your employees 🥳
