How it works
In the other app â a browser, Photos, Files, or anything else â tap Share
Pick All Gravy from the list of apps
All Gravy opens with the item ready to use
It saves the round trip of downloading something, opening All Gravy and uploading it again.
If All Gravy is not in the list
Phones hide apps you have not shared to before. Scroll the row of app icons to the end and tap More on an iPhone, or Edit on Android, then switch All Gravy on. It stays there afterwards.
Mobile only
This is a phone feature. There is no share sheet in the admin console â to add something there, upload it in the usual way.
