Steps
Go to People
Open the person
Open the Training tab
Download the certificate against the completed course
A certificate exists only once the course is complete
If somebody insists they finished but no certificate is there, the course is not complete yet. Two rules explain almost every case:
Course progress counts fully completed modules only. A module at 80% contributes nothing at all
Where a quiz is set, the pass mark defaults to 100%, so one wrong answer fails it
Reporting across everybody
A wider compliance export is available through the AI assistant rather than as a button in the console.
