To-do lists are read only through the AI Assistant, but the reporting side is strong. Ask how your locations are doing on their daily checks, down to the single task that keeps getting skipped and the photos and notes people left behind.
Under Forms you can also build report templates, triage the incidents employees submit against them, and set your whistleblower contact.
Things you can ask
"How did opening checks go this month?"
"Which location keeps missing the fridge temperature check?"
"What gets skipped most? Show me the notes and photos"
"Build a Near Miss form: what happened, when, severity, any witnesses"
"Mark the new report critical and put Priya and James on it"
"Add a note on that one the reporter can't see"
"Who's our whistleblower contact? Change it to Alex"
Good to know
Building and scheduling to-do lists happens in Forms and the employee app, not from chat.
A to-do list belongs to a location rather than a person, so "who completed it" means whoever ticked it.
Anyone you assign to an incident gets an email automatically.
Comments can't be unsent, and closing a whistleblower conversation is permanent.
