The AI Assistant can hand out badges and thank yous one at a time, or set a badge to be awarded on its own when someone finishes a course.

"Give Sam the Star of the Month badge, with a thank you"
"Badge for finishing onboarding, awarded automatically on completion"
"What badges have we got?"
"Copy the Employee of the Month one and rename it for Soho"
Good to know
Badge artwork has to be an image you attach. The Assistant won't go looking for one.
Badges are awarded one person at a time.
An award can't be taken back.
