Withdrawals are not instant. Once you confirm a withdrawal we send it on to our payment partner in a batch, so the money usually reaches your bank account within 2 to 3 banking days. đ¸
Weekends and public holidays are not banking days, so a withdrawal made on a Friday will normally arrive early the following week.
You can check the status of any withdrawal in the All Gravy app. Go to the Balance page and tap the icon in the upper right corner.
If it has been more than 3 banking days and the money still has not arrived, contact us in the chat and tell us the date you made the withdrawal. We will trace it for you.
