1️⃣ Your employer does not allow withdrawals
Some employers choose not to enable the withdrawal feature. If this applies to you, you won't be able to withdraw funds until your employer pays you through the regular payroll process.
2️⃣ You haven't earned money in the current pay period
If you haven't worked any shifts or earned money in the current pay period, there won't be funds available for withdrawal.
3️⃣ Your shift has not been approved yet
This depends on how your employer has set All Gravy up.
Most accounts release your earnings only once your manager has approved the shift. Some accounts release them as soon as the shift is completed, whether or not it has been approved.
If your shift is showing but the money is not, approval is the most likely reason. Your manager approves it in their app or in your workplace's scheduling system.
4️⃣ You have reached your limit for this pay period
You can withdraw up to 50% of what you have already earned. The rest is held back so you still have money for bills at the start of the month. Once you reach that limit you will need to wait until the next pay period, or earn more, before you can withdraw again.
You can see exactly how much is held back under Bills & goals.
5️⃣ Your employer has just run payroll
If your employer is currently processing payroll, withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. Once the pay period closes you cannot withdraw from it, because that money is already on its way to you on payday. You will be able to withdraw again once you have worked a shift in the new period.
6️⃣ Your bank account is not registered in the app
If your bank details aren't set up or are incorrect, withdrawals won't be processed. Go to Settings, then Your Profile, and check your bank account is there and correct.
7️⃣ You have training still to finish
Some employers require you to complete a specific quiz or Academy course before you can withdraw. Until it is finished the Withdraw button stays unavailable, even when you have money earned.
Check Academy in the app for anything still outstanding. Two things catch people out here: a course counts as complete only when every module is fully finished, and a quiz usually needs every answer correct to pass.
