How to cancel your Voice Assistant subscription

Step-by-step guide to cancelling your Allisone Voice Assistant subscription

You've been part of the Allisone journey, and that means everything to us. We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to cancel your Voice Assistant subscription, the process is simple — it only takes a couple of minutes.

Step 1 — Fill in the cancellation form

To initiate your cancellation, please complete our online form:

In the form, you will be asked to:

  • Confirm your email address

  • Select the main reason for cancelling

  • Add a comment to help us improve

💡 Good to know: Once submitted, your request is automatically logged and assigned to your Customer Success manager. You don't need to send a separate email.

Step 2 — Receive your confirmation email

You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting the form. As soon as possible, your Customer Success manager will come back to you with:

  • The exact date your Voice Assistant access will end

  • Confirmation that you will not be charged again

⚠️ Important: Your access remains fully active until the end of your current billing period — you can continue using Voice Assistant until then.

Step 3 — Your subscription is deactivated

On the confirmed end date, your Voice Assistant subscription is automatically deactivated. No further action is needed on your end.

Here's what changes — and what doesn't:

  • ✅ All previously generated reports stay accessible

  • ✅ Your X-ray analysis and other Allisone features are unaffected

  • ❌ Voice recording and AI report generation will no longer be available

🔄 Changed your mind?

If you'd like to reactivate your Voice Assistant subscription before the end date, simply reply to the confirmation email or contact your Customer Success manager directly. We'll be happy to keep your account active — no paperwork needed.

Reactivation is immediate — just reach out before your access end date and we'll handle the rest.
