After a recording, the Voice Assistant can generate several types of clinical documents from the same consultation — without having to re-record.
From the consultation view, you will find two distinct sections:
The consultation report, generated automatically at the end of the recording.
Other documents, a list of available templates you can generate on demand.
How to generate a document
Complete your recording.
In the "Other documents" section, click on the desired template.
Generation starts immediately. A loading indicator is displayed while the document is being created.
Once ready, the document appears directly in edit mode — you can modify it before copying or downloading it.
You can generate multiple documents from the same recording. Once all templates have been generated, the section is automatically disabled.
If an error occurs
If generation fails, an error state is shown on the relevant template. You can retry generation from that state.
